The new air pump product "Silent Force" released in February 2019. It is an in-house designed product that took more than two years from the development concept. GEX has a lineup of two air pumps, e-air and SION, but the silent force developed this time started with a completely new concept. The main concept we decided when we started the development of Silent Force was "overwhelming low vibration". There were a number of reasons for this, but considering the current structure of air discharge, it was decided that the competition between manufacturers for the "silent" structure had reached its limit. Most of the air pumps currently in circulation are called "diaphragm type" and have a structure that pushes air out by electrically vibrating rubber parts. Since vibration is used, the humming sound and vibration are inevitably transmitted to the air pump body. There are air pumps that have no vibration in the first place, but at present, they do not deliver sufficient air. In that situation, an idea was born. It is "using vibration to suppress vibration." One vibration is transmitted to the main unit as it is, but the idea is that if two vibrations are hit and offset, the vibrations will subside. As a result, we were able to obtain a "vibration difference" that was clearly visible to the touch, and the sound generated was also lower than the current products.
