The FZN PRO is another cascade filter concept in the Aquael portfolio. It is ideal for a variety of tank types, be they nano aquaria or shrimp tanks, or larger tanks of up to 300 litres. A great choice for small marine tanks where the cascading water drop creates a natural wave that mimics the movement of the sea.
A FILTER TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
We have taken care of a number of features that will make using the FZN PRO filter a pleasure.
Don’t like waiting for the filter to start at full power? With the FZN PRO, you will not have this problem. By placing the motor under water, the filter starts working immediately once plugged in, without the need for prior priming.
Worried that if the power supply is cut off, your filter won’t start up when the power is back on? The FZN PRO will start working immediately and treat the water in your tank straight away. Thanks to the safe placement of the motor underwater, even prolonged power cuts will not be a surprise for this filter.
The telescopically adjustable* intake tube allows you to precisely adjust the length to suit the tank in question. Adjust the water intake location to the height of the substrate in your tank. This will work especially well with unusual aquarium sizes.
Adjust the performance of the filter as you see fit and as needed. We have placed a large, convenient adjustment knob on the top of the case. It allows you to seamlessly adjust the force with which the filter operates.
You will perfectly match the position of the filter to your tank. This is ensured by a convenient round controller that you can precisely set the right water level with.
Despite the large volume of the filter media container, the housing is slim and does not take up much space. The casing outside the tank is only 9.5 cm thick.
EASY CLEANING AND SERVICING
From now on, you will enjoy scheduling aquarium cleaning. With one twist of the motor closure, you get to the rotor. You can easily service or clean the rotor of deposits. The same is true of the filter sponge. Thanks to the specially adapted basket*, you can remove all the filter trays in one movement, rinse or replace them with new ones and place them back in the chamber. You will have your hands free because the housing cover will not get in your way. It opens effortlessly and, in addition, can be comfortably rested on the back of the tray.
